  1. E Gift Card can be redeemed for the purchase of direct products and services; including room charges, dining at hotels’ outlets and Silavadee Spa. E Gift Card must be presented at time of check in and/or prior to purchases or services rendered.
  2. E Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment. Charges in excess of the voucher’s stored value may be settled with cash or major credit cards accepted at the Silavadee Pool Spa Resort.  If the card is redeemed for charges that are less than the value of the card, the balance will remain on the card.
  3. E Gift Cards cannot be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole, and have no value unless redeemed
  4. Silavadee Pool Spa Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen E Gift Cards
  5. Ineligible redemptions include non-publicly available or negotiated rates (including  weddings, groups, contracted, or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed in writing whether paid on a group or individual basis), payments for meetings, catering or group functions, and goods/services purchased through or provide by third parties.
  6. Advance reservations are required by contacting Our Reservations Office at +66 77 960 555 or [email protected]. Redemption is subject to accommodation and services availability.  In such circumstances, should a Cancellation or No Show fee be incurred the full value of the E Gift Card will be charged.
